Pacific Northwest Diving (PNWD) is a mentorship program for student athletes that wish to excell in the sport of diving, education and life. At PNWD we develope the whole person. All athletes are equal, no playing favorites. Each athlete has the same set of expectations to be in the program.

Athletes are expected to make practice, keep their grades up and learn to work in a supportive team environment. Coach Bob only works with a small group of athletes to insure that each athlete gets the attention they need to succeed in diving, shcool and life
